If you've been experiencing itchy eyes or nose lately, it's because outdoor allergy season is beginning. As we head towards spring, we're now beginning to see allergens from juniper and ash trees come to life, thanks to the weather conditions.

With dry, windy weather in the forecast, that's the perfect formula for spreading pollen around the region.

Towards the beginning of spring, tree pollen couples with indoor winter allergens and viruses. This can create problems for many.

Wearing a mask can help limit potential allergens from entering your nose and mouth. Humidifiers can help a little, but you need to be mindful since they can quickly cause mold to build up.
