LAS VEGAS (KSNV) —

ESPN says the first-ever Las Vegas Grand Prix race attracted an average of 1.3 million viewers in the United States.

The sports broadcaster says Saturday's event was the most-viewed Formula One race since the Canadian Grand Prix, which aired on broadcast television in June.
