The best kind of gameday is one that goes smoothly from beginning to end. To help, use our Gameday City Guide to prepare to watch the Las Vegas football team at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada.
Tickets
Buy general tickets, premium seats, suite seats, and other game day upgrades via links on the team website. Avoid other sources, including those illegally selling on stadium grounds.
The stadium uses ticket stock or mobile ticketing, so do not print at home. Rather, bring genuine hard copy tickets or your mobile phone with downloaded tickets from the team app to the gate for scanning.
If you have ticketing issues, visit the box office on the stadium’s northeast corner four hours before kickoff until the end of halftime. You can also call 725-780-2100.
Parking
Parking lots open four hours before kickoff and close one hour after the game ends. It is a good idea to prepay, as spaces may be booked by the time gameday rolls around.
If you don’t want to worry about driving and you’re staying at a nearby hotel, the stadium is about a mile from the south end of the Strip.
Gates
Gates open two hours before kickoff. The stadium enforces a clear bag policy, which says the following:
If you bring bags that do not meet requirements, store them during the game for $20 per bag at one of three bag check locations: in lot N, north of Hacienda Avenue; at 5455 Polaris Avenue; and in lot E.
Prohibited items include weapons, balloons and other inflatables, drones, laptops or tablets, strobes or flashlights, noisemakers, outside food and drinks, seat cushions, and sticks or poles. See the stadium website for a complete list.
Speed up your entry process by signing up on the CLEAR app, and then entering through the designated entry at lanes 49 and 50.
All guests and their belongings are subject to a courteous security screening when entering the stadium.
Sensory Inclusion
If you or anyone in your party has sensory processing needs, the stadium has sensory nooks with fidget toys, vibration seating, and dim lighting. There is also a sensory room that provides a calming environment for guests who feel overwhelmed or overstimulated. Check out a weighted lap pad and a free sensory bag at guest experience headquarters behind section 101. Each bag includes a lanyard for guest recognition, fidget tools, noise-reducing headphones, and a visual cue card.
Help for Parents
Ask for a free ID bracelet with your seat location and contact information to put on your child, which will help find them if you are separated.
If you need to change a diaper, all family restrooms have changing stations, along with several other restrooms on all concourses. Single stall family restrooms are available on every level.
If you are nursing and would like privacy, you may use one of the nursing pods next to the team store, inside the northeast and northwest entry lobbies.
Help with hearing or language barriers
Closed captioning is available through the team and stadium app. Additionally, you may request a free hearing amplification device from the guest experience headquarters near section 101. You will need to return it at the end of the game. Interpreters are available by request at least a week before gameday.
