Chris returns to Northern Nevada after 20 years!

He anchored the evening news at a station across town from 1997-2000 and is delighted to call Reno home again.

So, what has Chris been up to the last two decades? Chris worked in Portland, OR at the Fox affiliate from 2000-2002 and then it was off to San Francisco to anchor the mornings for KRON4. It was there he fell in love the morning show format as it allows him to engage viewers and in-studio guests on everything from tension in the Middle East to easing tension through hosting yoga instructors live in studio.

Chris’s most memorable interviews have included Don Rickles, Ray Romano, H. Ross Perot, Magic Johnson, Shaquille O’Neal, Gavin Newsom and Henry Winkler.

He says the nicest person he has interviewed in his 25 years on air was undoubtedly Smokey Robinson.

Chris most recently worked for Fox stations in Philadelphia and San Diego.

When he’s not consuming C-SPAN and ANYTHING about politics, Chris enjoys cooking for his two children. Yes, he makes a mean Chicken Parmigiana and chocolate cake!

On weekends, you can find Chris golfing on the many great courses the Reno area has to offer.

His kids will tell you his cooking is better than his golfing.
